Jay-Z wants to connect rapping with the Arts because he films that people don't think of hem as the same things. I believe that rapping and hip hop is very much an art form. I think that Hip Hop and art are like very close cousins. Beat making and is an art form the whole process is wonderful. Jay-Z believes that once art started to enter galleries, that was when the cultures started to see the disconnect.
