Sonnet Practice

I do not want to do this anymore,
I feel that we keep doing stuff like poets,
The more we do this feels more like a chore,
Why do you do this Mr. Herman stop it,
I'd rather spit my rap to the smart class,
The one about Cleopatra's rule,
By writing this I feel like a smart ass,
But this is better then regular school,
This class is a way to express myself,
Through poems, raps, and other writings too,
I've learned things I won't put up on the shelf,
For I shall keep them with my writing true.

Although I can be a very big pain,
At least I won't try to get hit by fame.
