Kendrick is using slant rhyme in the first two lines. Then from the second to third and the third to fourth lines he is using perfect rhyme. But the way he says it in the song, the first two lines seem like perfect rhyme.

Kanye West - The College Dropout
"Always said if I rapped I'd say somethin' significant
But now I'm rappin' 'bout money, hoes, and rims again"
Kanye rhymes significant and again perfectly in this verse even though it is actually a slant rhyme.
